As a "real" Berliner, I am delighted about your interest in my hometown and your visit to Berlin.
Although I no longer live in Berlin, I visit the capital several times a year and use the apartment myself during my stays. That's why I attach great importance to functional and good furnishings. These days, fast + stable WiFi and good 5G mobile reception are just as important as good shopping facilities and good transport connections during a city trip.
My apartment "IDEAL" offers all this and much more for two people.

The location of the apartment
Whether you want to explore the city, visit friends or family or work remotely, the IDEAL42 apartment is a great choice for your visit to Berlin.
From here you can make the most of everything the vibrant city has to offer. The convenient location of the accommodation makes it easy to reach the city's main attractions, as the apartment is perfectly situated as a base for two people to explore the city and is away from the tourist hustle and bustle.
Although the typical Berlin apartment is very conveniently located close to the city center, you can relax here from the noisy + hectic city and your own exhausting city explorations.
The low price level of the restaurants and pubs in the vicinity of the apartment should be emphasized. Here you don't pay “tourist prices” in the pizzeria or pub!
Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, snack bars, pharmacies, restaurants and the police are all within easy reach. A large shopping street with all the usual stores is only an 8-minute walk away. The shopping center “Tempelhofer Hafen”, Berlin's only shopping center directly on the water, is also located here.
About 15 minutes' walk away is the 300-hectare “Tempelhofer Freiheit” (the former central airport) with extensive sports facilities such as inline skating, surfing, skateboarding, jogging and barbecue facilities.
The apartment has very good transport connections: the subway is approx. 8 minutes away, the S-Bahn approx. 10 minutes on foot. Bus stops are about 50m away.
The "Kurfürstendamm" with "Gedächniskirche", the street "Unter den Linden" with "Brandenburger Tor" and Museum Island, "Checkpoint Charlie" and the government district can be reached by public transport in approx. 15 - 20 minutes.
By car, the apartment, which is located outside the “environmental zone”, can be reached directly from the city highway. Public parking spaces are available around the apartment complex.
