  • What time is check-in?

    Check-in is available from 2:00 PM

  • What time do I need to check out?

    Check-out is until 10:00 AM.  There is no need to arrange a specific check-out time.   

  • How does the self check-in work?

    Simply enter the 6-digit PIN you will receive by email the day before your arrival into the remote control. The entrance door will open automatically. Together with your PIN, you will receive detailed step-by-step check-in instructions. 


  • Can I check in without arranging a meeting time?

    Yes. Access to the apartment is completely contactless via PIN, so there is no need to arrange a key handover.

  • When will I receive the PIN for the apartment?

    You will receive your self check-in PIN by email on the day before your arrival.


  • Where can I park my car?

    Public parking is available on the streets around the apartment. Depending on the day of the week and the time of day, parking may be free or subject to a fee. Standard Berlin parking regulations and parking fees apply. The apartment does not include a reserved parking space, and availability may vary.   • Is there good public transportation nearby?

    Yes. The apartment has excellent public transport connections. The U-Bahn station is about an 8-minute walk away, the S-Bahn station about a 10-minute walk, and bus stops are approximately 50m from the apartment. The motorway access is about 200 m away. 

  • How long does it take to reach Berlin city center?

    Popular attractions such as "Kurfürstendamm", the "Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church", "Unter den Linden", the "Brandenburg Gate", "Museum Island", "Checkpoint Charlie", and the "Government District" can be reached by public transport in approximately 15–20 minutes

    Yes. Fast, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
