In the event of cancellation, the guest is obliged to pay part of the agreed price as compensation. Cancellation must be made in writing. The amount of compensation depends on the time up to the day of arrival and is calculated as follows: Cancellation 14 to 0 days before the date of arrival = 100% of the agreed price.
