- The stay is only allowed for booking guests, a penalty fee of 50€ per guest will be charged if the booked number of guests is 

   exceeded

- Maximum occupancy of the apartment is 2 persons

- For commercial use there is a request obligation, 50€/hour will be charged in addition to the booking fee

- All illegal activities are prohibited

- In the event of key loss, damage to property or theft, compensation will be charged

- Guests residing in Berlin must specify this separately

- There is no cleaning during the guest's stay

- If a key is lost, a flat-rate penalty of €200 will be charged. This covers the costs for the production of replacement keys and the

    possible use of an emergency service. We therefore ask you to handle the keys provided with care.

In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to charge a lump-sum penalty of €250 or a penalty in the amount of the actual costs incurred The tenant undertakes to report any damage to the vacation apartment or the inventory immediately. If the tenant fails to do so and conceals obvious damage, he/she shall be liable for any resulting consequential damage.

Arrival / Departure:

- Arrival 14-20h

- Departure until 10h

- In case of non-compliance with the departure time, we reserve the right to charge an additional day
