The complete 38sqm 2-room apartment consists of living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, hallway and is rented by you excl. for sole use. There are NO shared rooms! Each guest receives their own key at check-in.
The bright apartment without sloping ceilings is located on the second floor of a well-kept housing estate and can be reached via a large green area with a small playground.
The large windows look out onto a very quiet side street with lots of greenery.
In the living room there is a table and chairs as well as a comfortable couch and a TV with streaming option, DVD player and HiFi. USB charging facilities are also available. In addition, a small desk with office chair offers space for notebook and/or office work. WLAN access is fast + free of charge.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180cmx200cm), bedside tables and a large closet.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, 4 hotplates, electric extractor hood and a dishwasher. A coffee machine, toaster and a Senseo machine are also available for guests.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower with shower screen, WC, as well as all necessary bathroom utensils and a large mirror.

Getting around
The apartment has very good transport connections: the subway is approx. 8 minutes away, the S-Bahn approx. 10 minutes on foot. Bus stops are about 50m away.
The Kurfürstendamm with the Memorial Church, the street Unter den Linden with the Brandenburg Gate and Museum Island, Checkpoint Charlie and the government district can be reached by public transport in approx. 15 - 20 minutes.
By car, the apartment, which is located outside the “environmental zone”, can be reached directly from the city highway.
Parking is available around the apartment complex.
Neighbourhood
Although the apartment is very conveniently located and close to the city center, you can relax in it very well from the noisy + hectic city as well as your own exhausting city explorations.
The low price level of the restaurants and pubs in the vicinity of the apartment should be emphasized. Here you don't pay “tourist prices” in the pizzeria or pub!
Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, snack bars, pharmacies, restaurants and the police are all within easy reach.
A large shopping street with all the usual stores is only an 8-minute walk away.
The shopping center “Tempelhofer Hafen”, Berlin's only shopping center directly on the water, is also located here.
About a 15-minute walk away is the 300-hectare “Tempelhofer Freiheit” (the former central airport) with extensive sports facilities such as inline skating, surfing, skateboarding, jogging and barbecuing.
Tempelhof is probably one of the most underrated districts in Berlin. Tempelhof is best known for its former airport (now Berlin's most popular recreational area “Tempelhofer Freiheit”) and the history of the Berlin Airlift with its Airlift Memorial.
However, the Schöneberg district with its lively nightlife and queer scene is also part of Tempelhof, as are the listed Ullsteinhaus and the UFA factory. And in fact, the district stretches from the southern city center of Berlin to the city limits across the border.

- The apartment is located in a typical Berlin apartment building. Please behave considerately towards the neighbors, in particular the night's rest from 20-7 o'clock must be observed and excessive noise in the apartment, staircase and the residential complex must be avoided
