The underground station is approximately an 8-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn station can be reached within about 10 minutes on foot. Bus stops are located only around 50 metres from the apartment.
The Kurfürstendamm with the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, Unter den Linden with the Brandenburg Gate and Museum Island, Checkpoint Charlie, and the government district can all be reached by public transport in approximately 15–20 minutes.
By car, the apartment is easily accessible directly from Berlin’s city motorway and is located outside the city’s environmental zone.

A large shopping street with numerous stores is only about an 8-minute walk away. One of the special advantages of the neighborhood is the wide selection of cozy restaurants and local eateries offering fair prices – far away from typical tourist prices. Whether you are craving pizza, traditional Berlin cuisine, or a relaxed drink in the evening, you can enjoy authentic local dining experiences.
Just a few minutes away you will also find "Tempelhofer Hafen" – Berlin’s only shopping center located directly on the water. Here you can go shopping, take a stroll along the harbor, or simply enjoy the unique atmosphere.
A true highlight for nature lovers and active guests is "Tempelhofer Feld": The former airport grounds have been transformed into one of Berlin’s most extraordinary recreational areas.
